Embrace

This work shows a two nudes, man and a woman embracing. The vulnerability of the male figure is shown by his hiding his face against his partner's slender neck. Inspired by the importance of having loved ones closed by during the isolating and unsettling times of the pandemic. This series is characterised by the use of dark paper and purple shades - these unrealistic tones give the viewer a sense of the uniqueness of the situation experienced by many over the pandemic.
